According to reports, Justin was arraigned and released without bail, charged with 1 count of DWI and cited for running a stop sign and failure to keep in his lane. His next court date is set for July 26, with criminal defense lawyer Ed Burke, Jr. representing him.

Law enforcement sources that Justin was observed glassy-eyed and smelling of alcohol during a traffic stop, where he reportedly failed a field sobriety test. Sources connected to law enforcement revealed that Justin was partying at the American Hotel before getting into his car and being pulled over for blowing a stop sign and swerving. Despite attempts by his friends to intervene, Justin was arrested and taken into custody.
